A technique that has been used in for a long time is categorization.

The ABC analysis allows you to priorities your tasks into three different categories

A – Tasks that are urgent and important           

B – Tasks that are important, but not urgent

C – Tasks that are neither urgent nor important.

So, The first step is to – Determine Your Goals-and after that you have to be clear, detailed and specific about your future plans and what you have to do today, to accomplish those goals.
